  • Reviews medical reports sent to the client by Medical Facilities and process any treatment request made by the medical providers for the injured worker.
  • Responsible in contacting the health care provider to get necessary information like work status, medical bills, office notes, etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • 1-2 years of CLINICAL (hospital based) or BPO experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Superior multi-tasking skills
  • Must be willing to work on graveyard shift.
  • Must be willing to work in Pasay

2.  Cantonese/ Mandarin Speaking Local Registered Nurse Associate

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be fluent in Cantonese and or Mandarin
  • Should be well adept in writing Cantonese and or Mandarin

-Execute Consulting projects and migration/transition of business processes from client location to EXL with end to end responsibility
